Positivally Cynical, a blog initiated by a class XI student of The Air Force School, Subroto Park, is a forum designed to render young and budding writers an opportunity to express themselves; primarily in subjects concerning Politics and Sports. It is new in its kind, and sets itself apart from other blogs, because it is one of the very first blogs to combine Poetry with Politics; thereby doling out equal amount of significance to Creativity as well. It provides a wide horizon; thereby making it an eclectic and extensive Blog. Sameer Thakur, who’s only a student of Class XI and is also a debater, and am avid MUNer, came up with the blog in the month of May. His motive is to reach to people, the prime reason why Positivally Cynical is an open Magazine. Diligent, and gifted, Sameer actively runs the blog. The Blog recently became the only ones to sponsor a brilliant, upcoming Band called “Meatball Brigade.” It also sponsors an organisation called “Sprouting Shutters.” Sameer who writes himself as well, and has also written a book, speaks of how the Young Generating needs to refocus their attention to the happenings around.
